Items marked "Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges" are non-returnable. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, the items will be returned to you for an additional fee.

OFFER CODE

Orders placed using a promotional code that provides a discount on the order (excluding our 10% welcome offer) are only eligible for a credit or exchange;

SWIMMING

All swimwear must be tried on with underwear; the hygienic strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;

Gift cards are non-returnable;

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of returned items is the responsibility of the customer. Veiosa.com assumes no liability for any missed deliveries of a returned item. We recommend returning your items via registered or traceable mail services, as return packages are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Veiosa.com.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process refunds daily, but please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when our team receives your return and again when it has been processed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
